Designing a new kitchen or bath will add substantial value to
your home. Before beginning your remodel, it's important to

Home Survey
Marvin
& Son will come out to your house and accurately draw out
your kitchen or bathroom layout. We will sit down with you and
ask you a variety of questions concerning the projects
construction. We will consider all of your ideas and request
into your design and answer any questions you may have. We
will provide you with suggestions of cabinet construction and
finishes that will match the information we have received from
you. We will then start the design process.
Design
Our
team of professional designers will efficiently walk you
through the building or remodeling process. They will let you
know what goods and services wie can provide along with a
timetable for the entire project.
You can start by giving us some pictures you've saved of ideas
you like. This will help Marvin & Son visualize what you
imagine your new space will look like. Remember, a picture is
worth a thousand words. The team will help you establish a
budget and work within it, making selections based on product
quality, aesthetics and guidelines that you have mutually
determined. There are many design choices that can be made to
keep a project within budget. Once the planning is complete,
our designer will verify measurements of your home to assure a
quality installation.
Construction
Marvin
& Son will complete the scope of work for the project in a
professional and workmanlike manner in compliance with all
laws and ordinances governing licensed General Contractors in
the state . All work is guaranteed for a period of 1 year
after completion against material defects and faulty
workmanship. All construction is put on a contract. We will do
as little or as much of the construction you want. Cost
includes demolition, installation of cabinetry, appliances,
lighting, and materials, haul away, removal of walls, windows,
doors. Etc.
