Q) What's the most durable tile?
A) Porcelain, ceramics are not even available in most products anymore. 

Q) What's the difference in using stone?
A) Stone is the most durable, more flexible as far as shaping it to fit the need , where as you would need to order special pieces for tile you wouldn't necessarily need to do that with stone, and there are may designer trim pieces available now for stone (check our website , most of the tile 
is done in stone!

Q) My room is so uneven ,I couldn't possibly have tile, could I?
A) Sure you can . we'll make it even!

Q) How do I clean my tile? 
A) See our floor care guide.

Q) Do I need to use a sealer on my tile?
A) NO, it is only meant for the grout and or stone products. The grout that we use is an acrylic 
base and does not require a sealer.

Q) My shower is leaking water, what is the problem?
A) Well it depends on what kind of shower it is. Is it the kind that has tile on the floor? If it is then we have a few things that could be the problem. 
1) It was built wrong and the water is not draining right.
2) the wrong drain was used. 
3)The plastic liner has a cut and the water is leaking through. 

None of these can be seen with the naked eye.

 
4) The shower door is leaking because the caulking has chipped off.
5) the water is leaking through the grout with cracks
6) the water pipes are leaking behind the wall.

Q) I have a 7x7 bathroom, can we make it wheel chair accessible with a shower?
A) Yes, I will come up with something that can be used for a wheelchair user!

Q) Does my house have to be torn up for months to redo my kitchen or bath?
A) NO! we will not rip out anything unless we have all the products and people required to do the job on hand. That's why we are licensed to do it all!! (Average time to gut and redo a whole bath with a shower pan and plumbing, install new cabinets and fixtures and tile work,1 week)
